Shipping Policy

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. All International, P.O. Box, APO, and RR orders will automatically be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you when you go to our shopping cart and you will have a chance to review these charges before approving your order. UPS Next Day (1-3 business days) shipping is only available in the U.S. and does not apply to P.O. Box, APO, and RR addresses. All international shipping costs do not include duty or customs fees. Customers are responsible for all post-shipping fees in accordance to each country.

Please allow 1-2 additional business day for order processing when calculating expected delivery dates. All orders are packaged in a plain brown box with a return address of "The Daily Wellness Company."

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the online shopping cart and you will have a chance to review them before finalizing your purchase.

Does choosing Next Day mean my order will arrive tomorrow?:

No. Please remember to add in the availability time of your items. Most items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business day and arrive on the following business day -- 2-3 business days total. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Next Day Service.

Tax:

California residents will be taxed at 8.25% on their orders. Hawaii residents will be taxed at 4.712 on their orders.

Order Confirmation:

When you complete your order, you'll receive your confirmation/order number at the end of your checkout process and an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of your order. Your items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your order, there was probably an error when processing your order. International Shipping Restrictions:

Customs:

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We cannot guarantee that shipments bound for international destinations will be cleared by the country's customs office. Therefore, if your country's customs' office does not accept the package and returns the order to us, we will refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping costs.
